MY ROLE
Project Manager
- Led the cross-functional team of 7 people, reported to the CEO.
- Implemented market researches, including TAM and SAM calculations, unit-economics calculations, built out business cases, project business plan review.
- Managed the product design process from scratch: user research, UX strategy, Customer journey, UX/ UI review
- Created presentations and pitched on behalf of the company at European innovative startup accelerators: Barcelona Activa, EA BIC, Climate KIC, MassChallenge Switzerland
DELIVARABLES
- The startup raised seed investments From Drive Sweden Foundation and Barcelona Activa Business Incubator in the amount of more than 250 000 EUR
- The number of citizens in the town of La Bisbal del Penedés that uses an urban bus for their every-day amenities raised 3,5 times during the first 6 months after app release.
