The CRM web app is incorporated in the ERP system and provides the ability to build joints with other apps via API
MY ROLE
Product Manager
- Conducting interviews and CustDev with stakeholders
- Defining Feature requests
- Created Product MVP: use cases, customer journey, mockups, specs, road map, backlog
- Managed the product design process: user interaction, information architecture, visual elements, UX/UI review
- Deliverables to the stakeholders
DELIVARABLES
- The application goes live in October 2020 for a data entry team (more than 100 users working remotely from India)
- More than 1,2 million documents processed by the app and OCR system
